St. Clair Transition

Reason

Recently your HOA board members contacted IPM in regards to a transition of management due to their dissatisfaction with the current management company. The rush in the change was necessitated by requirements, penalties and additional cost of maintaining the stormwater pond. We are actively in the process of making these changes. 

Transition Process

We are currently in the process of transitioning your data into our online portal for your access and use. You will still be able to access docs online, see your ledger, pay online for free utilizing your checking account and more. Soon you will receive an email from our team with instructions on how to set up your online account. 

Phase 1 process

Currently we are integrating your existing information into our portal, establishing legal requirements and getting the word out to the community. We will continue to provide real time, updated information via email  as it develops.
