Formation of our company

Indurate Property Management LLC was established in 2008 and is a family owned and operated business. After Chris Lamb, founder of the company, was unable to locate a service that fit his needs Indurate Property Management was established.  The company operates on the following principles; integrity, transparency and fair pricing.  It is paramount that both parties have a profitable relationship and relieve the owners of the burdens of managing a property themselves. Our goal is for our clients to only think about their property when rental proceeds are deposited each month.  Our management team has been involved in the housing industry for over twenty years and has relationships with many vendors throughout our area of operations.  Chris built a strong background in General Contracting through his experience working in the family business.
